Customers love choosing fabrics and dimensions for our sofas, but our twelve-week lead time loses sales to retailers with stock. Holding finished inventory for every variant is impossible.

We are standardising frames into a few sizes, keeping cut frame parts in stock and limiting fabric choices to a curated collection with fabric on hand. Early results suggest six weeks is achievable. How have other furniture makers shortened lead times for customised products?
