Customers increasingly ask for products with lower solvent content, and stricter emission limits are coming. Our coating line has used solvent-based paints for decades, and the operators know them well.

Trials with water-based alternatives showed longer drying times and sensitivity to humidity in our booth. We are looking at improving air handling and adjusting the curing oven profile.
