Two colleagues and I plan to open a physiotherapy clinic inside a new sports centre. The centre will refer members to us, and we hope to attract patients recovering from surgery as well.
We are unsure how much equipment to buy at the start, whether to accept insurance patients from day one and how to price group rehabilitation classes. The rent is attractive, but our income will depend partly on the centre's success. If you have set up a clinic in a similar arrangement, what would you negotiate differently?
